Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tsp taco seasoning
3/4 Lb extra lean ground beef
1 cup(s) super sweet corn, prepared
2 cup(s) shredded cabbage
1 cup(s) iceberg lettuce, shredded
1 cup(s) tomato, chopped
1 no salt added black beans, rinsed and drained
1 Large Hass avocado, diced
1/2 cup(s) tortilla chips, crushed

Instructions

Heat skillet on medium-high. Add oil and allow it to heat.

Add taco seasoning and ground beef (breaking up with a fork), and cook until thoroughly browned.

Stir in corn and cooked until heated through.

Divide meat mixture among 4 bowls and top with remaining ingredients ending with avocado, salsa and tortilla chips.
