16 Oz H-E-B Select Ingredients Linguine, dry measure
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Lb Great Catch Raw Jumbo Easy Peel Shrimp, 16/25 ct, thawed and peeled
1/2 Tsp crushed red pepper flakes, divided use
24 fl oz H-E-B Select Ingredients Charred Tomato Pasta Sauce
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Select Ingredients Copper Kettle Parmesan Shaved Cheese

Instructions

Prepare pasta according to package directions. While pasta is cooking, place a large sauté pan over medium-high heat and add olive oil.

Place thawed, peeled and deveined shrimp on paper towels and pat dry.

Add shrimp to pan and season with half of red pepper flakes. Sear on both sides about a minute and a half or until shrimp have curled and are no longer opaque.

Once pasta is cooked, drain and return to pot and add pasta sauce. Using tongs, coat pasta in sauce and season with remaining red pepper flakes.

To serve, plate pasta and top with shrimp and garnish with Parmesan cheese.

Chef's Note: If you like it more spicy, add red pepper flakes to sauce as desired.
