1 H-E-B Canola Oil Spray
16 Oz H-E-B 93% Ground Beef
1 Tbsp chili powder
3 peeled garlic, chopped
1 cup(s) white onion, diced
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
1 large roma tomato, chopped
1/8 Tsp kosher salt
1/8 Tsp black pepper
12 H-E-B Baked Tostadas
4 cup(s) iceberg lettuce, shredded
8 Oz H-E-B Fancy Shredded Cheddar

Instructions

Heat heavy bottom skillet over high heat 3 minutes.

Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray, add ground beef and stir-fry 3 minutes, while breaking up meat.

Add chili powder, garlic, and onions.

Continue to cook 4 minutes or until beef begins to brown.

Add jalapeño and tomato.

Reduce heat to medium, cook 10 minutes, and season with salt and pepper.

To assemble, place 2 tostadas on a plate and top with 1/2 cup lettuce, 1/3 cup beef and 1/4 cup cheese.
