5 fl oz Fischer & Wieser Lemon Dill and Caper Sauce
4 Oz red cabbage, shredded
1 grapefruit, peeled and roughly chopped
1 orange, peeled and roughly chopped
1 lemon, peeled and roughly chopped
1 lime, peeled and roughly chopped
1 Tbsp Ottavio Private Reserve Extra Virgin Olive Oil
16 Oz tilapia fillets
2 Tbsp Adams Reserve Citrus Sriracha Rub
4 romaine lettuce leaves, cleaned and dry
4 Tbsp H-E-B Mano Pico de Gallo
3 Oz chow mein noodles

Instructions

In a medium mixing bowl, combine caper sauce and cabbage and set aside.

In a small bowl, combine grapefruit, orange, lemon and lime and set aside.

Place a medium sauté pan over high heat and add olive oil.

Season tilapia with citrus seasoning and pan sear about 2 minutes per side.

When fish is thoroughly cooked, gentle break apart into large pieces.

Evenly distribute 1/4 of the cooked fish in romaine leaves then a small amount of the mango sauce slaw, noodles, and chopped fruit.

Serve chilled.
