1 cup(s) peanut oil
2 H-E-B Cage-Free Large Brown Eggs
1 Lb H-E-B Ground Chicken Breast
12 Oz Chorizo de San Manuel Chorizo
2 Tsp kosher salt
1 Tsp black pepper
1/2 Tsp H-E-B California Garlic Powder
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Panko Bread Crumbs

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Place oil into large flat sauté pan. Set to medium heat during preparation.

In large mixing bowl, beat eggs. Add chicken, chorizo, salt, pepper, and garlic powder; stir. Add in bread crumbs and combine.

Form meat mixture into meatballs using hands or portioning scoop.

Turn stove temperature to medium-high. Place meat balls slowly into the oil. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until lightly browned.

Remove meatballs and place on to foil-lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.

Meatballs are ready when internal temperature reads 165°F.

Serve warm on bamboo skewers.
