1 Tbsp grapeseed oil
1 Lb chicken breasts, skinless, diced
33 Oz tomatillo and green chile stew mix
32 Oz H-E-B Select Ingredients Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth
1/2 cup(s) Adams Mire Poix
10 flour tortillas

Instructions

Heat oil in a 6-quart pot over medium-high heat and brown chicken 5 minutes.

Stir in stew mix, broth and mire poix and bring to a boil then reduce heat to medium and simmer 20 minutes uncovered.

Meanwhile, cut tortillas into 1-inch squares and sprinkle over top of stew.

Simmer 5 more minutes then serve.
