1 1/2 Tbsp Mi Tienda Barbacoa Seasoning
1 cup(s) Wondra flour
2 Lb beef short ribs
2 bay leaves
2 cup(s) H-E-B Organic Beef Stock

Instructions

In a bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of seasoning and flour.

Dredge each rib in flour mixture and remove excess. Repeat this step with each rib.

Once ribs are coated, arrange in a crock pot, then add bay leaves, remaining seasoning and beef stock.

Set crock pot to low setting and cook 8 hours or until meat falls off the bone.

Serve over rice or on a taco.
