Recipe makes 8 Servings

3/4 cup(s) beef broth
1/4 cup(s) limes, juiced
1 1/2 Tbsp Mi Tienda Barbacoa Seasoning
2 1/2 Lb beef cheek, cut into 2-inch chunks (can substitute chuck roast)
1 white onion, diced
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
2 jalapeños, seeds removed and chopped

Instructions

Combine broth, lime juice, seasoning and meat in slow cooker.

Cover and cook 6 to 8 hours. Meat is ready when it is easily pulled apart with two forks.

Serve barbacoa over rice or in a tortilla.

Top meat with chopped onion, cilantro and chopped jalapeños to taste.
