Ingredients

Recipe makes 6 Servings

2 Tsp grapeseed oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup(s) yellow onion, finely chopped
1 Lb lean ground beef
1 cup(s) tomato sauce
4 Oz green chiles
2 Tbsp canned chipotle chiles
2 Tsp cumin
3/4 cup(s) fat free refried beans
6 hamburger buns
3 cup(s) bunched spinach, shredded

Instructions

Heat a large skillet 2 minutes on medium-high heat.

Add oil, garlic, and onion, and sauté 1 minute. Add ground beef, tomato sauce, green chiles, chipotle, and cumin. Stir, cover, and cook 10 minutes, or until meat is cooked through and no longer pink.

Place beans in a microwave safe bowl and microwave 30 seconds. Stir until beans are smooth.

Spread beans on bottom half of each hamburger bun. Add spinach, meat mixture, and top half of buns.
