1 Hill Country Fare Traditional Crinkle Cut French Fried Potatoes, Or any type of French Fry
1 Lb H-E-B Grass Fed Beef Sirloin Center Cut Steak Boneless Extra Thick, USDA Choice
1 Heinz Mushroom Gravy
2 cup(s) mushrooms, sliced
1 cup(s) H-E-B Cheddar Cheese Curds

Preheat oven to 400ºF.

Place French fries on a sheet pan and bake until brown, about 18 to 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, use a cast iron skillet to cook steak on medium-high for 8 to 10 minutes.

When steak is cooked to desired degree of doneness, remove to a plate and allow to rest 2 minutes before slicing.

Using a small saucepan, make mushroom gravy according to package instructions and add mushrooms. Keep warm for topping fries later.

When fries are done, assemble poutine: place French fries on a large plate, then add sliced steak, cheese curds and top with hot gravy.
