1 H-E-B Garlic Parmesan Butter Dollop
1/4 Lb H-E-B Wild Caught Raw Jumbo Brown Texas Gulf Shrimp, peeled, deveined and diced
3 Tbsp white wine
1 Tbsp lemon, juice
8 Oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup(s) sour cream
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Select Ingredients Copper Kettle Parmesan Shaved Cheese, divided use, reserve 2 Tbsp
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided used, reserve 2 Tbsp
1 Tbsp fresh Italian parsley, chopped

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Set a medium-sized pan over high heat and add butter dollop. When butter has melted, add shrimp and sauté for 1 minute, stirring frequently.

Add white wine and lemon juice and reduce by half (about 2 minutes).

Place contents of pan plus remaining ingredients, except reserved cheeses, in a bowl and mix to combine.

Transfer to a medium-sized oven-safe dish. Smooth out evenly and top with reserved Parmesan and mozzarella.

Bake 10 minutes or until cheese on top has melted and browned.
