2 1/2 Tbsp fish sauce
2 1/2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1 .3000 Tbsp Swerve Brown Zero Calorie Sweetener
1 1/4 Tbsp grapeseed oil
1 Lb fully cooked shrimp, remove tails and slice shrimp in half
450 gram(s) jicama, peel and julienne cut
200 gram(s) baby cucumbers, cut in half and slice on a bias
80 gram(s) red onion, peeled and sliced fine julienne
4 Oz cherry tomatoes, slice in half
10 gram(s) basil leaves, torn
10 gram(s) cilantro leaves
15 gram(s) mint leaves, torn

To make the dressing: Mix the Thai chilis, fish sauce, lime juice, zero calorie sweetener, and oil together in a bowl. Set aside for 15 minutes to allow essential oils to disperse and sweetener to dissolve before serving.
