Ingredients

Recipe makes 4 Servings

2 cobs of H-E-B sweet corn, cut in half
2 cloves of garlic, minced
12 Oz H-E-B Hatch Pork Sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
12 Oz small red potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 Lb H-E-B Texas Farm Raised Shrimp, peeled, deveined and frozen
4 Tsp Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning
4 Tbsp salted butter, room temperature

Instructions

Preheat oven or grill to 400°F.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and use hands to incorporate seasoning and butter evenly.

Roll out 4 pieces of foil about a foot long and evenly distribute shrimp mixture in the center of foil.

Fold foil over and create packets. If not secure enough, wrap with additional piece of foil.

Grill or bake packets 45 minutes or until potatoes and shrimp are cooked through.
