1/2 medium white onion, sliced
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 Lb Central Market Southwest Chicken
14 1/2 Oz can H-E-B Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a slow cooker. Using a spoon, combine ingredients and cover chicken with sliced garlic and onion.

Cook on low 8 hours or high 4 hours.

Remove chicken from crock pot and use two forks to shred.
