Sesame Chicken with Soba Noodles

Ingredients

Recipe makes 4 Servings

2 Tbsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 Tbsp garlic, minced
1 Tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Sambal Oelek Ground Fresh Chili Paste
3/4 Lb thin sliced boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
16 Oz buckwheat noodles
1 Tbsp Hill Country Fare Vegetable Oil
1 cup(s) green onions, chopped on the bias
2 Tsp sesame seeds, toasted

Instructions

Combine the sesame oil, honey, rice wine vinegar, minced garlic, soy sauce and sambal together in a medium bowl.

Slice chicken breast into thin strips and place in a separate bowl. Spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons sesame oil mixture over raw chicken and stir to combine. Set aside.

Cook noodles according to package directions and set aside.

Place vegetable oil in a large non-stick skillet over Medium-High heat. Add chicken and cook until well browned and cooked throughout, 3 to 4 minutes per side.

Add noodles and any remaining sauce to chicken and cook an additional 3 to 4 minutes.

Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
