6 Beyond Meat Breakfast Sausage Patties
1/4 cup(s) BakeHaven Keto Flour
1/4 cup(s) water
1/2 Tsp salt
1 Tsp ground black pepper
2 cup(s) half and half
1/4 Tsp hot sauce

Instructions

Please a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add oil and sausage patties. Using a spoon or spatula, break sausage into small pieces and cook until it starts to brown.

Add flour and stir well to combine. Cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Add water and turn heat down to medium, stirring and scraping browned bits from bottom and sides of pan.

Stir in salt, pepper, and half and half. Heat, stirring frequently, until gravy begins to bubble near the edges.

Continue to cook until thickened to desired consistency. Add hot sauce, remove from direct heat, and keep warm until served.
