Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 Tsp McCormick Thyme Leaves
1 Tsp McCormick Paprika
1 Tsp onion powder
1 Tsp McCormick Garlic Powder
1 Lb Fresh Alaska King Salmon Fillet

Instructions

Remove any skin and or pin bones from salmon and cut fish into 2-inch pieces. Pat dry.

Mix thyme, paprika, onion powder and garlic powder in a small bowl and set aside.

Thread salmon onto skewers.

Season with spice mix.

Grill or roast on medium-high heat, 400°F, 10-12 minutes or until fish is opaque.
