2 Lb ground beef 80/20
2 large eggs
3/4 cup(s) panko breadcrumbs
1 Tsp kosher salt
2 Tsp garlic powder
3 Tsp onion powder
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp soy sauce
3 Tsp cracked black pepper, plus more as needed to taste
2 cup(s) mushrooms, sliced
1 cup(s) white onion, julienned or thinly sliced
1/4 cup(s) steak sauce, as needed

Preheat oven to 400˚F.

In a bowl, combine ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, salt, garlic and onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and black pepper. Mix well to combine.

Place meat mixture into a loaf pan and press to even out. Add mushrooms and onions over top of meatloaf.

Allow to cool, before cutting and serving drizzle each slice with steak sauce.

Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until internal temp of meat reaches 165˚F.
