2 Tbsp Grey Poupon Country Dijon Mustard
2 gloves of garlic, minced or zested, approximately 1/4 ounce
1 large Davidson's Safest Choice Large Pasteurized Shell Egg, 1 egg yolk only, white discarded
1/4 cup(s) red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp fresh dill, minced or finely chopped
1/4 cup(s) water
1 1/4 cup(s) extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

In a bowl whisk together dijon, garlic and egg yolk. Whisk until mixture is light in color and well emulsified.

Add red wine vinegar, dill and water whisk again to incorporate.

While whisking slowly add oil to form a loose emulsion, season to taste with cracked pepper and salt as needed.

Place into a container with tight fitting lid and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Serve on salad or over grilled chicken and Shrimp. Dressing will keep up to 3 days in refrigeration.
