3 bunches broccolini, stems trimmed
1 head of fennel, head
2 cup(s) shallots, quartered
1 cup(s) garlic, whole cloves
1 Tbsp kosher salt
1 Tbsp black pepper
1 cup(s) H-E-B Specialty Series Spicy French

Preheat oven to 475ºF.

Once oven is at temperature, place broccolini, fennel, shallots, garlic, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Add dressing and mix.

Spread out on a sheet pan and roast 15 minutes.
