Roasted Pear Pizza with Nutella and Mascarpone

2 Anjou pears, thinly sliced
1/2 cup(s) mascarpone cheese
1/2 cup(s) nutella hazelnut spread
1 H-E-B Midtown Pizza Crust
1/4 cup(s) walnuts, salted, roasted and chopped

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

On a sheet pan lined with parchment paper, spread out your pears and roast in oven for about 15 to 25 minutes or until they are just wilted and starting to caramelize. Remove from oven and allow to cool.

In a bowl combine softened mascarpone and nutella together until creamy and smooth.

Bake frozen pizza crust according to package instructions then remove from oven and let it cool slightly.

Spread the nutella and cheese mixture over cooked pizza crust while still warm and sprinkle evenly with chopped walnuts.
