1 Tbsp Ottavio Private Reserve Extra Virgin Olive Oil
5 garlic cloves, peeled
1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise
1/3 cup(s) H‑E‑B Select Ingredients Parmesan Fresh Grated Cheese
1 Tbsp Adams Reserve Cacio e Pepe Bread Dipper
1 Tsp granulated sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

Preheat oven to 300°F. Place oil and garlic in a piece of foil and fold up to seal. Roast 15 minutes until garlic is tender. Carefully remove from oven and set aside to cool.

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan, bread dipper, sugar, and lemon juice. Mix well to incorporate.

Once garlic is cool enough to handle, remove from oil and smash with a fork. Add to mayonnaise mixture and mix well.

To add to wings, boneless wings or chicken tenders, add a generous spoonful to a large bowl and toss hot, chicken to coat.

Serve wings with an additional side of sauce.
