Roasted Broccoli & Red Onion Salad

2 cup(s) broccoli florets, chopped
1/2 cup(s) red onions, thinly sliced
1 Tsp kosher salt
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup(s) Whataburger Creamy Pepper Dressing
1/4 cup(s) sunflower seeds

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In large bowl, combine broccoli, red onions, salt and olive oil. Mix well to blend seasoning and olive oil evenly.

Place broccoli mixture on sheet pan and roast 15 to 20 minutes or until broccoli and onions are fragrant and slightly browned. Remove from oven and transfer to a bowl and cool in refrigerator.

Once broccoli is cold, toss with creamy pepper dressing and sunflower seeds.
