48 Nabisco Ritz Original Crackers Family Size
8 Oz H‑E‑B Organics 55% Cacao Semi‑Sweet Chocolate Baking Chips, melted
3 Tbsp Wilton Holiday Mix Sprinkles

Instructions

In a medium bowl, mix peanut butter and marshmallow creme with a hand mixer until blended. Roll into 24 (1-inch) balls and place on a plate. Set aside.

Place 24 crackers, top sides down, on a wax paper-covered baking sheet. Top with peanut butter balls and cover with remaining crackers, gently pressing top crackers into balls to flatten slightly.

Dip cookies, one at a time, halfway into melted chocolate, shake gently to remove excess then return "cookie" to baking sheet. Top with sprinkles.

Refrigerate for 10 minutes or until chocolate is firm.
