1 Lb H‑E‑B Natural Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, 99% Fat Free
1/2 Tsp H‑E‑B Mediterranean Sea Salt Grinder
1/8 Tsp H‑E‑B Pure Ground Black Pepper
16 Oz H‑E‑B Frozen Broccoli Blend for Stir Fry
2 Tbsp La Choy Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce & Marinade
10 Oz Birds Eye Steamfresh Savory Herb Riced Cauliflower

Heat vegetable oil in a large non-stick skillet set over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, add to hot oil, and cook until a deep golden brown, about 4 to 5 minutes. Flip chicken and continue cooking until cooked through (165°F), about 4 to 5 minutes.

Remove chicken to a plate and keep warm. Reduce heat to medium and add stir fry vegetables to skillet. Cook according to package directions.

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and add to vegetables in skillet along with stir-fry sauce. Stir well.

Microwave riced cauliflower according to package directions. Serve teriyaki chicken and stir-fry vegetables over the rice.
