1 cup(s) white onions, chopped
1 Lb ground pork
1 Lb ground beef
15 Oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
2 4/5 Oz Casi Terlingua Tx Champonship Chili Mix
6 Oz tomato paste
3 cup(s) H-E-B Select Ingredients Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth
1 Lb H-E-B Bakery Cornbread

Instructions

Place a large, heavy bottom pot over medium-high heat and add onions, pork and beef. Cook about 7 to 10 minutes using a wooden spoon to break up meat as it cooks.

Once browned, add black beans, chili mix, tomato paste and chicken broth. Stir to combine.

Cook uncovered over medium-low heat until slightly thickened and flavors come together.

Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve with slices of cornbread.
