4 Oz asadero cheese, shredded
4 Oz Manchego cheese, shredded
2 1/2 Oz Palacios Chorizo, about half the package or more if desired
1/4 cup(s) jalapeños, diced
1/4 cup(s) onions, small diced
1/4 cup(s) tomatoes, seeded and small diced

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425ºF.

Coat an oven safe or cast iron container with non-stick spray.

Mix cheeses together and place in prepared pan. Top with chorizo then bake until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Carefully remove from oven and top with jalapeños, onions, and tomatoes. Serve with your favorite chips or tortillas.
