4 large eggs
1 1/2 cup(s) almond flour
1/2 cup(s) whole milk
3/4 cup(s) cottage cheese
1 Tsp baking powder
2 Tbsp sugar free maple syrup

Add eggs, almond flour, milk, cottage cheese, baking powder, and syrup in a blender. Blend until smooth and allow to sit for 10 minutes.
