2 Tbsp Hill Country Fare Canola Oil
1 Lb fresh ground chicken breast
2 cup(s) H-E-B Fajita Blend Vegetables, frozen
1 Oz Lawry's Taco Spices & Seasoning
10 Oz HEB Diced Tomatoes w Green Chiles
12 H-E-B Taco Shells

Instructions

Heat a large skillet on high heat for 2 minutes.

Add oil, ground chicken and fajita blend vegetables to skillet.

Stir-fry mixture until meat and vegetables are browned (about 5 minutes).

Add taco seasoning mix, tomatoes and chilies and 2/3 cup water to chicken mixture; reduce heat to low.

Cover the skillet and allow meat to cook 15 minutes.

Heat taco shells according to package directions.

Spoon mixture in taco shells and serve hot.
