8 Whole Wheat Lasagna Noodles
1 Lb H-E-B Ground Round 85% Lean Ground Beef
24 Oz H-E-B Marinara Sauce
1 cup(s) kale, finely chopped
1 1/2 cup(s) cauliflower, diced
2 cup(s) H-E-B Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese, divided use

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.

Meanwhile, cook beef over medium heat in large skillet until no longer pink.

Stir in marinara sauce, kale and cauliflower; heat through.

Place noodles on wax paper.

Spread 1/3 cup sauce mixture and 2 Tablespoons cheese over each noodle; roll up tightly and place each noodle seam side down in an ungreased 13 x 9 inch baking dish.

Top roll-ups with remaining sauce and remaining cup of cheese.

Bake uncovered approximately 15 minutes, or until heated through.
