1 1/2 Lb boneless pork sirloin, cut 1/2-inch thick
1/8 Tsp kosher salt
1/8 Tsp Morton & Bassett Whole Black Peppercorns, ground
3/4 cup(s) H-E-B More Fruit Pineapple Spread
1/3 cup(s) oyster sauce
1/2 Tsp morton & bassett sesame seeds

Instructions

Season pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper.

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; brown chops 2 minutes per side.

Blend fruit spread and oyster sauce in a small bowl; pour over chops and reduce heat to medium-low.

Cover skillet and cook 5-7 minutes or until chops reach an internal temperature of 150-155°F.

Remove from heat and let stand, covered, 2 minutes.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
