1 Lb 80/20 ground beef
4 Oz H-E-B Pimento Cheese
2 H-E-B Texas Sized Hamburger Buns
2 Tbsp Hellman's Mayo
2 Tbsp H-E-B Organics Ketchup

1 tomato, sliced

Preheat a cast iron skillet to medium heat.

Divide ground beef into 4 equal patties, then place a spoonful of pimento cheese in the center. Top each with a second patty and pinch edges together to seal. Season generously with salt and pepper.

Sear burgers 6 to 7 minutes, then flip and cook an additional 6 to 7 minutes. Transfer to a plate and let rest for a few minutes.
