Recipe makes 16 Servings

1 Tbsp Organic Refined Coconut Oil
2 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Miniature Marshmallows
3 Tbsp creamy peanut butter
4 cup(s) crisp rice cereal
1 Hill Country Fare Vegetable Oil No-Stick Cooking Spray
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Organics 55% Cacao Semi-Sweet Chocolate Baking Chips

Instructions

Place coconut oil and marshmallows in a small saucepan over medium heat until marshmallows melt.

Add peanut butter and cereal. Mix until completely incorporated.

Spray clean hands with non-stick spray and form mixture into 16 balls. Set aside.

Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 30 second intervals until melted.

Dip half of each peanut butter ball into chocolate then place on wax paper until cooled.
