Recipe makes 8 Servings

8 Oz linguine pasta
1 large red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch match-stick strips or chopped
1 medium zucchini, cut into 1-inch match-stick strips or chopped
1 large carrots, cut into 1-inch match-stick strips or chopped
4 green onions, chopped
5 medium roma tomato, seeded and cut into 1-inch cubes
1/4 cup(s) basil, chopped
1/2 cup(s) light Italian dressing

Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.

While pasta is cooking, combine pepper, zucchini, carrot, onion, tomatoes, basil and salad dressing in a large salad bowl; toss to coat.

When pasta is cooked and drained, add to vegetable mixture and season to taste with salt and pepper.
