Ingredients

Recipe makes 4 Servings

2 Tsp kosher salt
1 Tbsp black pepper
1 Tbsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 1/2 Lb flank steak
8 Oz mushrooms, sliced
2 cup(s) pearl onions
1/2 cup(s) red wine
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Select Ingredients Beef Broth
1 Tbsp H-E-B Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions

Combine salt, pepper, garlic and olive oil in a bowl for marinade.

Generously season both sides of steak with marinade.

Pan sear steak on both sides in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat for 10-15 minutes on each side.

Remove steak from pan and set aside.

Cover loosely with foil.

Reduce heat to medium.

Add mushrooms and onions to pan and sauté until start to brown.

Add wine, beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer to reduce.

While sauce is simmering, slice flank steak thinly against the grain of the meat.

Place steak on serving platter and pour sauce over steak.
