4 Oz Wyatt's Jalapeño Chipotle Finishing Butter
1 ciabatta bread loaf, cut into cubes (crouton size)
1/4 Tsp salt
1/4 Tsp black pepper

Instructions

In a large sauté pan melt butter over medium heat, be careful not to let it burn.

Once the butter is just starting to foam, add in your bread cubes and toss to evenly coat all the pieces of bread with the melted butter.

Fry bread in butter until bread starts to get crispy and toasted on all sides (you may have to lower the heat to keep butter from burning)

Make sure you keep bread moving in pan to ensure even browning on all croutons.

Once toasted to your likeness remove to a plate and cool, season to taste.
