Ingredients

Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 Tbsp parsley flakes
1 Tsp Adams Whole Marjoram
1 Tsp oregano
1 Tsp Adams Whole Savory
1 Tsp Adams Reserve Whole Spanish Thyme
1 lemon, zested and juiced
1 whole bay leaves, stem removed and leaf chopped
4 Alaskan Cod Fillets, thawed or frozen
1 non-stick cooking spray
1/4 Tsp salt
1/4 Tsp black pepper
3 Tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions

Heat oven to 375°F.

In a small bowl, combine parsley flakes, marjoram, oregano, savory, thyme, lemon zest and bay leaf.

Rinse any ice glaze from fillets under cold water; pat dry with paper towel.

Place fillets in greased baking dish and sprinkle with lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper and rub on herb blend.

Cover dish with fitted lid or foil and roast for 10 minutes.

Remove pan from oven and uncover fish. Pour butter over fillets and return to oven, uncovered.

Roast an additional 7 to 10 minutes for frozen fillets or 4 to 6 minutes for thawed fillets.

Cook just until fish is opaque throughout.
