4 garlic cloves
2 rosemary sprigs
1 Tbsp kosher salt
1/2 Tbsp coarse ground black pepper
1/3 cup(s) Ottavio Platinum Label Balsamic Vinegar
1 cup(s) Ottavio Private Reserve Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

Place garlic, rosemary leaves, salt and pepper in food processor and blend until garlic and rosemary are thoroughly chopped, about 30 seconds.

Add balsamic vinegar to food processor and blend another 30 seconds.

While the food processor is running, slowly drizzle in olive oil. Once completed, the mixture should be completely emulsified and have a consistency similar to mayonnaise.

Use to marinate meats or vegetables and save a little to use for basting as they cook.
