2 Lb fresh russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 3/4 inch chunks
1 cup(s) Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Hill Country Fare Distilled White Vinegar
1 1/2 Tsp H‑E‑B Fine Crystals Mediterranean Sea Salt
1 Tsp H‑E‑B Pure Cane Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
1/4 Tsp H‑E‑B Coarse Black Pepper Refill
1 cup(s) H‑E‑B Organics Fresh Celery Sticks, thinly sliced
1/2 cup(s) H‑E‑B Diced White Onions

Instructions

Place potatoes in a 4-quart saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and cool slightly.

Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, sugar, and pepper in a large bowl. Add potatoes and remaining ingredients and toss gently. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
