Recipe makes 4 Servings

3/4 Lb sirloin steak, sliced thin
1 garlic clove, chopped
1/2 Tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 Tsp canola oil
1 Tsp orange zest
1/4 cup(s) fresh orange juice
2 Tbsp lite soy sauce
1 Tbsp corn starch
1 green onion, sliced in 2-inch pieces

Instructions

Combine steak, garlic, red pepper flakes and oil in a large bowl.

In a smaller bowl, combine orange zest and juice, soy sauce and corn starch. Whisk to combine.

Place a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

Add beef and green onions. Sauté 3-4 minutes.

Add orange juice mixture and cook an additional 2 minutes.
