16 Oz Organic Rustic French Loaf
10 Oz H-E-B Chopped Green Pepper, frozen
12 Oz H-E-B Chopped Onions, frozen
16 Oz H-E-B Fully Cooked Philly Beef Steak
16 Oz H-E-B Select Spinach & Cheese

Instructions

Heat oven to 400°F.

Prepare the French loaf according to package directions.

Slice bread lengthwise in half and place the on the baking sheet pan and set aside.

While bread is baking, heat a heavy bottom skillet over high heat for 2 minutes.

Add the green peppers and onions and cook for 4 minutes.

While green peppers and onions are cooking, heat the steak according to package directions.

Add to the green peppers and onions to steak and reduce heat to low.

Divide the beef mixture on loaf halves.

Heat the spinach and cheese according to microwave directions.

Top the beef mixture with the spinach and cheese and bake on center oven rack for 10 minutes.

Cut bread halves into 4 portions and serve.
