Ingredients

Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 Tbsp organic olive oil
6 Oz ground prime brisket, about 1 pre-made brisket burger
1 1/2 Tsp H-E-B Prime Coarse Seasoning
3 Oz Baby Bella organic mushrooms, (about 1 cup sliced)
1/2 cup(s) red onion, finely diced
2 cup(s) beef broth
14 1/2 Oz Cucina di Vito Organic Alfredo Sauce
8 Oz Central Market Organic Farfalle Pasta
1/2 cup(s) flat leaf Italian parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

Heat a large skillet to medium high heat. Add oil, ground brisket and seasoning to pan. Break up burger and brown meat well, about 5 minutes.

Thinly slice mushrooms and add to browned beef. Add diced onion and cook until mushrooms start to brown and onions soften, about 8 minutes.

Reduce heat to medium. Add broth, sauce and pasta to pan. Stir well and cover. Simmer for 10 minutes or until pasta is cooked "al dente." Remove lid. Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup water to adjust thickness of sauce. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
