12 Oz H-E-B Fully Cooked Seasoned Beef Crumbles
1 white onion(s), chopped
1 H-E-B Peeled Garlic Cloves, crushed
1 Tsp Hill Country Fare Lemon Pepper
10 Oz Dole Angel Hair Coleslaw
2 Tbsp H-E-B Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tsp caraway seeds
2 Rhode White Bread Dough
1/2 cup(s) unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

Add beef crumbles, onion, garlic and lemon pepper to a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add coleslaw, Worcestershire sauce and caraway seeds.

Cook until coleslaw is limp; drain liquid from mixture.

Preheat oven to 350°F.

On a lightly floured board, roll each loaf of dough into a 12 inch circle.

Cut each circle into 6 wedges.

Spoon beef filling onto center of each dough piece dividing equally.

Pull three points of each wedge up to the center and pinch to seal.

Place Bierocks on a lightly greased cookie sheet.

Brush dough with melted butter.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve hot.
