Ingredients

Recipe makes 6 Servings

1 Lb 80/20 ground beef
1 egg
1 Tsp white pepper
2 Tbsp fish sauce
3 lime, juiced
1 Tbsp sugar
1 cup(s) cherry tomatoes, thin coins
1 cup(s) fresh mango, thin sliced
2 Tbsp cilantro, rough chop
1 serrano pepper, minced

Instructions

Add beef, egg and white pepper into a mixing bowl and mix together until everything is incorporated.

Once meat mixture is mixed portion sliders into 3 ounces and flatten by hand until patties are 1/2 inch thick.

Now that the patties are formed mix fish sauce, lime juice and sugar into a bowl until sugar is dissolved. Then add cherry tomatoes, mango, cilantro and serrano pepper and allow to marinate for 5 minutes.

Preheat cast iron skillet until it reaches medium high heat.

When pan is hot add patties and cook for 4 minutes each side.

Allow patties to rest 1 minute before adding them to the buns.

After placing patties on the bottom bun add a good amount of the mango mixture on top and place top bun over it.
