2 Tsp Huy Fong Sambal Oelek Ground Fresh Chili Paste

In a heatproof bowl, combine hot water, sugar, vinegar, fish sauce, garlic, and sambal. Stir until sugar dissolves then mix in the lime juice. Taste for seasoning and adjust as necessary; it should be sweet, salty, funky, and a little spicy.
