1 mustard greens bunch
2 red bell pepper, sliced
1 hot house cucumbers, cut into sticks
2 cup(s) H-E-B Green Beans, lightly steamed
1 cup(s) H-E-B Broccoli Slaw
4 Oz hoisin dipping sauce

Instructions

Wash and separate mustard greens into individual leaves (they will act as the wrap).

Wash and prepare vegetables.

Fill mustard green leaves with 3-4 slices of red pepper, 1-2 sticks cucumber, and green beans. Sprinkle with broccoli slaw mix.

Roll the mustard greens as you would a tortilla wrap.

Serve with hoisin dipping sauce.
