1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Fire Roasted Peppers
1 cup(s) H-E-B Ode to Olives Texas Size Green Olives
1 cup(s) H-E-B Ode to Olives Kalamata Olives
5 garlic cloves, peeled
1/3 cup(s) H-E-B Aji Peruvian Yellow Pepper Toppers
1/4 cup(s) Ottavio Private Reserve Extra Virgin Cold Olive Oil, additional as needed
1 loaf of H-E-B Bakery Tiger Bread
7 Oz hard salami
7 Oz pastrami
7 Oz pepperoni
8 slices provolone cheese
8 slices mozzarella

Instructions

Combine mushrooms, peppers, olives and garlic on a cutting board and chop finely.

Place in a bowl and mix in pepper toppers and 1/4 cup olive oil. Set aside.

Split bread loaf, brush insides with olive oil.

Layer bottom half with olive spread, salami, pastrami, pepperoni, provolone and mozzarella.

Repeat layers alternating cheeses until all ingredients are used.

Place top half of bread on top and press tightly between two plates.
