1/2 cup(s) Hill Country Far Pecan Halves, chopped
2 large navel orange
2 Large Hass avocado, cut thin wedges
16 Oz H-E-B Baby Spinach and Spring Mix
8 Oz H-E-B Queso Fresco, crumbled
1/2 red onion, sliced thinly
1/4 cup(s) cilantro, chopped

Heat oven 350°F.

Toast pecans for 10 minutes in oven.

Peel oranges and separate into pieces.

Place salad into large bowl.
