Recipe makes 10 Servings

1 non-stick cooking spray
2 cup(s) all purpose baking mix
3/4 cup(s) sugar, divided
1 cup(s) dried cranberries
1 1/2 Tbsp corn oil
1/2 cup(s) fat-free half and half

Instructions

Heat oven to 375°F.

Coat a large baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray and set the pan aside.

Combine the all-purpose baking mix and 1/2 cup sugar in a large mixing bowl.

Add cranberries, oil and half and half. Stir the mixture just enough to combine the ingredients.

Shape the dough into a 10-inch circle and place on a baking sheet.

Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 30 minutes.

Remove the dough round from the freezer and score into 10 wedges.

Sprinkle the dough with sugar.
