Mesquite Rubbed BBQ Pork Ribs

1 rack of baby back pork ribs
1 Tbsp mesquite seasoning, plus more as needed for seasoning ribs

Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Rinse ribs under cold running water and pat dry with paper towels. Season both sides of ribs liberally with mesquite seasoning. Place on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.

Cover ribs and pan with foil and bake for 2 hours. Preheat grill to 400°F when you have 30 minutes left on the ribs.

Remove ribs from oven and lay them on the grill for 7 to 10 minutes rotating until ribs just have a slight crust on one side.

Let rest for at least 15 minutes. Serve with your favorite BBQ sauce and sides.
